WD Music Guarantee and Return Policy

WD Music has an established history of making sure that their customers are satisfied. We believe that an unhappy customer is a customer that does not return. Larry Davis himself reviews customer feedback and complaints in order to quickly cut through red tape and to ensure that you do not get lost in the shuffle.

Return Policy

Prior to returning, you must fill out an RMA Form or contact Customer Service at (800)449-9348 for an RMA number. All returns must have an RMA number. Any items returned without an RMA will be refused. If the reason for return is our error, full credit (plus freight) will be refunded. Any defective parts must be reported to us within 48 hours (or 2 business days) of receipt of goods. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse any exceptions. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of goods.
